– L.O.V.E. – Song #25 –

hearts

Sorry I keep pulling up old songs but I can’t help it. I mean, when you L.O.V.E a song, you have to share it. Frank Sinatra’s voice deserves attention, but the originality of spelling that word wins the ‘M.U.S.T. Share’ award.

The pictures showing in the middle is what led me to share this one. Enjoy.

If you look him up on Youtube, you’ll notice song after song after song of his has to do with love being that word is in the title. This song, I’m sure you all agree, is the one most listeners L.O.V.E.

I can’t help but share a few other meanings of L.O.V.E. It’s right in saying, as the song says, that love is more than just a game for two. It’s a bit deeper than that.

I could say so much about love, but I think I’ll just cover it with a list, and a picture.

The list comes from  1 Corinthians 12:4-8     4 Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. 5 It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. 6 Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. 7 It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. 8 Love never fails. But where there are prophecies, they will cease; where there are tongues, they will be stilled; where there is knowledge, it will pass away.

Now for the picture that shows us that best symbol of love that anyone can find. It isn’t a heart, or a diamond. The best symbol of love is what shows the best proof of love.

Maybe it’s time many of us, with all that’s going on around our country as I type, need to ponder a bit on our definition of L.O.V.E.
